Ok, I'll admit I've never been very good at this whole keeping the blog updated business and I apologize for the last three months but I would also like to point out that I have been running basically non-stop since spring break which was the last week in March. Things just started to snow ball and before I knew it, it was finals, which managed to extend for a few days longer than I should have due to an errant English paper and then I went straight into getting ready for the MoCCA (Museum of Comic and Cartoon Arts) Festival which I had a little booth at. So this past week has really been the first opportunity I have had to even document most of this stuff.
But anyway, it's up now. I have definitely taken advantage of blogger's ability to forge the date of postings so these things actually show up in the order that they were created rather than posted but I realize that makes it kind of hard to find them. To that end I have created the convenient tag new so you can see all of the stuff I have added recently. Hopefully I will be more consistent in my postings from here on out but I wouldn't cross your fingers.
So what I'm up to these days. I'm interning for a couple different folks.
First and formost, Ben Jones! The dude from Paper Rad who I interviewed back in December (another project I realize I have neglected to post...) He's pretty wacky and awesome and makes me excited to do art every time he opens his mouth so I'm really happy to be able to be working for him.
Secondly, a snazzy animation company in Brooklyn called Milky Elephant doing mostly Flash based type stuff. I'm just getting started here so I'm not sure entirely what I'll doing.
Finally, along with my good friend Sophia, I have started a comics and printmaking blog known as PETARDED to promote our little projects with and you should go on over and check it out. We have a collaborative comic were gonna put up soon that's been turning out to be pretty well and we're gonna have stuff for sale and it's gonna be great. Go there. yay.
